1. Our Promise

At Forever Desi, we are committed to providing premium-quality imitation jewellery that blends desi roots with modern style. Every piece is quality-checked before dispatch. If something does not meet your expectations due to damage or an order error, we are here to assist.

2. Eligibility for Replacement

We offer replacements only for items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is received damaged (for example, broken or missing parts) or incorrect (a different item than what was ordered).

  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery through
    WhatsApp +91 8879471629 and provide clear photographs and a short video showing the issue.

  • The item is returned to our warehouse and passes our quality verification.

  • All original packaging, tags and the invoice are kept intact until your replacement is completed.

3. Non-Returnable Product Category

Forever Desi jewellery is classified as a non-returnable and non-refundable product category due to hygiene and personal wear considerations. Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds except in cases of damage or incorrect product received. The following situations are not eligible for replacement:

  • Change of mind or preference (such as “I don’t like it”).

  • Concerns about size, drape, length, weight or fit, as these vary by wearer.

  • Minor variations in colour, shine, polish or finish. See Section 6.

  • Customer selecting the wrong product or design while placing the order.

4. Replacement Process

If your request meets the conditions in Section 2:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp on this number: +91 7738290916 with required photos and video within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. After approval, a pickup of the damaged or incorrect item will be arranged.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement of the same product will be dispatched.

  4. If the same product is out of stock, you may wait for restock or request a refund (see Section 5).

Important:
Do not send any product back without prior approval. Parcels returned without claim approval will not be accepted or processed.

5. Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only)

Refunds are issued ONLY when the product is damaged or incorrect and a replacement is unavailable. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days after inspection.

  • The refund will be issued via the same payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping charges may not be refundable.

6. Colour and Finish Disclaimer

Colours and finish may appear slightly different in person compared to website or social media images. This can occur due to lighting, camera settings and device screen display. We use real, non-edited images to represent products as accurately as possible, but slight variations are normal. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement or refund.

7. Delivery Failures, Returned Parcels and Re-shipping

  • Courier attempts delivery up to three times. If undelivered, the parcel returns to our warehouse.

  • If an order is not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address or an inactive phone number, re-shipping will be arranged only after the parcel returns to us. This may result in significant delay.

  • Please enter a complete delivery address and an active phone number for OTP-based delivery.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply. For Cash on Delivery orders, full payment including re-shipping charges must be made before dispatching again.

  • Forever Desi is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, logistics constraints or local holidays.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

9. Jewellery Care After Delivery

Jewellery is delicate. Damage caused after delivery due to handling, use or storage is not covered. To prolong the life of your jewellery:

  • Store each piece separately.

  • Keep away from perfume, moisture and chemicals.

  • Open and close clasps gently.

10. Agreement to Policy

By placing an order with Forever Desi, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Refund and Return Policy. Forever Desi reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Please review it periodically for changes.
