Online Account

As a registered user, you are required to log in to www.foreverdesi.in using your email ID and a secure password of your choice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Any order placed through your account will be considered as placed by you and will be processed accordingly.

Terms of Operations

Forever Desi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of its services at its sole discretion without prior notice. All outstanding orders will either be fulfilled or fully refunded. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, without providing a reason. Forever Desi will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of our website.

Warranty & Liability

Forever Desi does not provide any guarantee or warranty on its products. All items are sold as imitation and fashion jewelry, which may naturally experience wear over time depending on usage and care.

Forever Desi is not responsible for any damage arising from the use of our products once they are delivered. We are also not liable for any delay or failure to fulfill our obligations under these Terms & Conditions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All content displayed on www.foreverdesi.in is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The website is designed, updated, and managed independently by Forever Desi. You are not permitted to copy, modify, publish, transfer, sell, reproduce, distribute, display, or commercially exploit any content from Forever Desi. If an order is not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address or an inactive/incorrect phone number, the re-shipping of the order will only be processed once the original undelivered package returns to our warehouse. This may cause a significant delay in receiving your order.
We request customers to provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number for OTP-based delivery to avoid such delays.


Returns, Replacements & Credit Note

We take great care to ensure each piece of jewelry is thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, in rare cases where you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to offer a replacement for the same product originally purchased.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for damaged products — only replacements are provided.

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp on this number: +91 7738290916 with required photos and video within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Attach clear pictures and a short video of the damaged product for verification.

  3. Requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Once the returned product is received and approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.

Refunds

Refunds are processed ONLY if the replacement product is out of stock.
Approved refunds (in such cases) will be issued within 7–10 working days after approval.

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.

No Replacement or Refund in the Following Cases:

  • Change of mind or dislike of the product.

  • Size, length, or fit issues.

  • Minor colour differences due to lighting or screen settings.

  • Incorrect purchase made by the customer.

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Missed Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to three times.
If you fail to collect the package, it will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping Charges: ₹250 will be applicable for re-shipping.

  • COD Orders: Returned Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders will be re-shipped only after full payment is made online, including the additional shipping charges.
