At Forever Desi, we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely and promptly. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Saturday) and do not include Sunday or public holidays.

Orders within India typically take 5-7 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays with courier partners.

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely.
A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
OTP on registered mobile number will be required at the time of delivery. Failed to provide OTP will result in Failed delivery. in such cases Forever Desi will not be responsible for delay.

COD is available for select locations within India. Please enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm availability.
Ensure exact cash is ready at the time of delivery, as our delivery partners may not always carry change.
Order Confirmation: Our team may contact you to verify your COD order before dispatch. Please respond promptly to avoid delays.
No Cancellations on COD Orders after confirmation.
Missed Deliveries: OTP is required for Every COD deliveries. If a COD order is returned due to non-acceptance, it will only be re-shipped after full payment is made online, including an additional shipping charges.

If there are any issues with your order, such as delays or lost packages, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
